Randi Critchfield, CPhT, 340B ACE, is a consultant with Advis. As an experienced certified pharmacy technician, Randi has a specialized understanding of hospital pharmacy operations and compliance. As a 340B ACE, she understands the client side of the 340B program firsthand. Her primary focus at Advis is assisting our clients with navigating the complex 340B program. Specifically, Randi’s areas of focus are our 340B program initiative, pharmacy licensure and compliance, Medicare rules and regulations, and EHR and medication management processes.

Randi works with our clients to ensure regulatory compliance in all matters of the 340B program. She works with providers to maximize benefits, analyze strategic business opportunities, achieve certification and recertification, and assists with HRSA audits.

Beyond her expertise in 340B, Randi assists with various internal audits and inspections to ensure client preparation for third-party investigation. Applying her strong pharmaceutical background, Randi helps providers through various pharmacy operations, medication management, and regulatory compliance matters.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Prior to joining Advis, Randi practiced as a certified pharmacy technician throughout Indiana. During her time as a technician, Randi developed her expert understanding of the 340B program and medication management for patients and providers.
