Jake Beechy is Vice President and key member of the Advis team.

Jake leads the Advis initiative to assist clients through all aspects of the ever-changing 340B Drug Pricing Program. With a strong background and understanding of healthcare administration and management, he assists providers nationally to understand expected program benefits and potential risks, and, ultimately, to develop strategies for cost savings and revenue generation. Jake leads our 340B Team in achieving program certification and recertification, navigating the HRSA audit process and maximizing all program benefits for our clients

Beyond his 340B expertise, Jake focuses on regulatory issues related to complex healthcare system operation and compliance. His expertise includes: facility development, Medicare rules and regulations, governance, licensure, and more.  Jake leads the process of conducting feasibility studies for new hospital projects, ensuring bottom-line success. He draws upon his expertise to analyze and prepare state licensure/CON applications and provider-based attestations and to ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement requirements to capture maximum reimbursement. 

Jake utilizes his particular skill-set on regulatory issues related to complex healthcare system operations and compliance on behalf of a variety of clients. Post-acute care facilities, home-health facilities, specialty hospitals, micro-hospitals, and larger health systems all fall under Jake’s purview.

Prior to joining Advis, Jake was an associate attorney at a Chicagoland law firm specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Jake received his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law, his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare from Benedictine University, and his B.A. in Communications from The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
