As I reflect on the tumultuous year behind us, I can’t help but recognize how proud I am of the Advis team. The effects of this year have impacted all sectors of healthcare. From our consulting team to the hospitals and providers we are grateful to partner with, to the nurses physicians, and other frontline workers, through it all, our team has strived to persevere. Our team’s consistency and hard work exemplify our firm’s values. We offer innovative expert solutions to assist providers navigating extraordinarily pressing challenges. Simply put, this year has been extraordinary.

In our Q1 issue of HealthSmart, readers can prepare for the year ahead with our expert Revenue Building Tips and 2021 Healthcare Predictions. We want to help equip providers to creatively navigate the recovery to come. Readers will also get acquainted with one of Advis’s greatest assets, Vice President, Bryan Niehaus.

Although the holidays looked different in 2020, Advis was able to keep the spirit alive. We continued our annual tradition of partnering with CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates, to raise funds and donate gift cards and wrapped gifts for the children they assist. Thank you to each of our generous Advis elves! We also found a way to maintain our holiday corporate traditions with some cheer for our devoted employees, including a virtual charcuterie board-making class. Be sure to check out the pictures of our team members’ creations!

As we continue to endure the harsh reality of COVID-19, we honor our healthcare heroes. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Your bravery and commitment do not go unnoticed. In 2021, Advis will focused on the same goal: to help healthcare organizations solve complex challenges to meet the demands of today’s rapidly changing industry. Together we will get past this pandemic.

Here’s to a prosperous 2021!
