Bryan Niehaus is an Advis Vice President and an invaluable team player. Bryan spearheads facility development and ensures optimum compliance with a wide range of federal, state, and local regulations integral to the development and operation of healthcare providers.

Bryan’s areas of expertise include: the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Strategy/ Healthcare Integration, Third Party Accreditation, Facility Development, Governance, Provider Enrollment, and Medicare Rules and Regulations. Bryan has conducted comprehensive compliance audits addressing Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoP’s), The Joint Commission and DNV accreditation standards, Medicare provider-based status regulations, state
licensing regulations, and billing and reimbursement requirements.

Bryan has successfully received approval for Certificate of Need (CON) applications on behalf of a diverse list of providers throughout the United States. He also worked with senior leadership to analyze and achieve provider goals for new developments by preparing in-depth feasibility and strategy recommendations, incorporating financial, regulatory, and operations considerations. Along with his contributions at Advis, Bryan also values his responsibilities in his community as a member of the Board of Directors at the Joliet Area Community Hospice (JACH). JACH is a non-profit that provides hospice care, palliative care, bereavement and grief support services for members of the community. Advis could not be prouder to have Bryan as a vital asset to our team.

Prior to joining Advis, Bryan worked in Chicago as a regulatory compliance officer for the Chicago Board of Exchange. Bryan received his J.D. from DePaul University and his B.A. in History from the University of Michigan. He is also Certified in Health Compliance (CHC) through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
