Advis, a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm, announced that Michael French and Amanda Bogle have been promoted to senior consultants. French focuses his practice on the 340B Drug Pricing Program while providing counsel on Medicare rules and regulations and provider enrollment. Bogle is an expert in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, regulatory compliance, operational strategy, reimbursement, managed care and risk contracting, and acts as a trusted advisor on a range of business, legal, and regulatory issues affecting the healthcare industry.

French and Bogle played an integral part in the development of 340B INFORM, a new comprehensive data analytics tool created by Advis. The program ensures hospitals/health systems are getting the most out of their in-house and contract pharmacy 340B programs.
Beyond practicing his expertise in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, French addresses complex hospital reimbursement issues and strategies; provides guidance to hospitals and health systems converting clinics to provider-based sites; assesses community need for service lines and practice groups; and identifies available options for legal and business structures to maintain flexibility.
Bogle also practices as an associate attorney for AdvisLaw, LLC and has a specialized understanding of regulatory compliance. Additionally, she has expertise in health care fraud and abuse issues, providing guidance to clients on pertinent laws and regulations such as the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, EMTALA, and the False Claims Act.
French received his Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at Loyola, he also received a Health Law Certificate from the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy. Prior to attending law school, he earned a B.A in both Political Science and English from the University of Notre Dame.
Bogle received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating with cum laude honors. Upon graduation, she also received a Health Law Certificate from the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy, an Advocacy Certificate, Public Interest and Leadership Award, with a concentration in Compliance. Prior to attending law school, Bogle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and graduated with honors from the University of Missouri.
